Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a key identifying various parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
